CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
Liability

The Club accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur while attending or participating in any Club event.
All events are attended at the member’s own risk.

By submitting this Membership Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions, and agree to release the Club from all liability.

Eligibility

Membership is restricted to owners of vehicles of American marque or origin. Electric vehicles are not eligible for membership.

Application Process
  • Completed membership applications must be submitted either by email or electronically.
  • The Secretary will forward all applications to the Committee for consideration at the next scheduled meeting.
  • The Committee will review and discuss each application.
  • Applicants will be notified of the Committee’s decision by the Secretary.
  • Upon approval, an invoice for the membership subscription will be issued.
Privacy Act

By applying for membership, you consent to your name, phone number, and vehicle details being included in the Club Membership List and shared with other Club members for Club purposes only.

Declaration

I declare that all information provided, whether electronically, verbally, or in writing, is true and correct. I understand that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in refusal of membership or, if already accepted, may lead to disciplinary action.

Subscription

Annual Membership Fee: $50.00 (Joint Membership)

Payment must be made only after an official invoice has been issued.
